Vinificazione
The duration of maceration with the skins is approximately 10 days. During this period the wine also completes alcoholic fermentation at a temperature not exceeding 24°C. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is bottled and subjected to 6 months of aging in the bottle.

Caratteristiche organolettiche
When tasted, the color is a pleasant vermilion red and crystalline.
The nose is intense and broad, lavishing itself with powerful scents of fresh fruits: cherry, morello cherry, blackberry and finally wild berries.
In the mouth it is soft at the entrance, it broadens with velvety tannins showing body and strength, albeit elegant, with a fruity and succulent finish.

Bean and chickpea soup, sautéed rice with asparagus and saffron, risotto with mushrooms, chickpea and aubergine hamburger, stuffed peppers.
