U’Must, refers to must, the freshly pressed grape juice that form the basis of wine – a tribute to the authenticity and origins of our craft.

Refinement
50% of the wine is aged for 12 months in barriques, the remaining 50% remains in steel tanks. After 12 months the wine is blended and bottled
Organoleptic characteristics
Vivid, crystal-clear red with purplish rim, complex and mellow with a very modern nose. Freshly fruity, small red berries from the underbrush with a vanilla and slightly balsamic undertone, reminiscent of the Mediterranean maquis. Integrated, pleasant tertiary aromas. Full-bodied, fat, enveloping, velvety and balanced. Succulent finale with a sweet fruity finish.
Food pairing
Red meats, mature cheeses, game, dark chocolate. Also a meditation wine thanks to the presence of soft tannins.
