Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby red with garnet reflections.
The nose presents itself with fractured notes, myrtle and morello cherry with hints of rosemary and nutmeg. It opens in balsamic scents of Mediterranean scrub, prune and cherry jam.
The palate is full, enveloping and velvety. Tannic and with good acidity, notes of red fruit return. A round if dry wine, with a persistent finish
