Organoleptic characteristics
Ruby red with garnet hues. Fractured notes on the nose, myrtle and wild cherries with hints of rosemary and nutmeg. It opens with balsamic fragrances of Mediterranean maquis, prune and cherry jam. Full, enveloping and velvety on the palate. Tannic, with good acidity and returning notes of red fruit. A round yet dry wine with a persistent finish.
