In the cellar, the grapes are selected, destemmed and pressed, then skins macerated in must for 8-12 hours. Once separated from skins, the resulting wine is then fermented in stainless-steel tanks at a constant temper- ature of 14-16°C.

Organoleptic characteristics
Tenuous pink with violet reflec- tions. The nose is intense with fresh fruit (cherry and strawberry), the palate is soft, with a good acidity balanced with sapidity, a strong retronasally sensation
