Vinification
The grapes arrive at the winery where they are selected, destemmed and crushed, leaving the skins to macerate in the must for 8-12 hours. The wine obtained is separated from the skins and fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 14-16°C.
Refinement
Organoleptic characteristics
Soft pink colour with purplish hues. Strong on the nose with fresh fruit (cherry and strawberry), soft on the palate with good acidity and savouriness, a distinct retro-nasal sensation.
Food pairing
Excellent with fish and white meat dishes; shellfish.
