Organoleptic characteristics
Vivid, crystal-clear red with purplish rim, complex and mellow with a very modern nose. Freshly fruity, small red berries from the underbrush with a vanilla and slightly balsamic undertone, reminiscent of the Mediterranean maquis. Integrated, pleasant tertiary aromas. Full-bodied, fat, enveloping, velvety and balanced. Succulent finale with a sweet fruity finish.
Food pairing
Red meats, mature cheeses, game, dark chocolate. Also a meditation wine thanks to the presence of soft tannins.
