Vinification
The harvested grapes arrive at the winery, where they are destemmed and then taken to stainless steel vats where they are kept at a temperature of 10-12°C for 24-36 hours, after which they are inoculated with selected yeasts and fermentation at a steady temperature of 26-27°C begins. Once fermentation is complete, the grapes are crushed and the wine obtained is placed in stainless steel tanks where it is aged for approx. three months. It is then filtered and bottled, and kept for approx. two months before being put on the market.

Organoleptic characteristics
Deep ruby red with purple hues. On the nose, hints of fresh fruit, cherry and sour cherry jam can be perceived. On the palate, it is soft and rich with a sweet attack and good balance of flavours. Long, persistent finish.
