Vinification: In the cellar, the grapes are destemmed andÂ conveyed to stainless-steel fermentation vessels, where they areÂ kept at a temperature of 10-12Â°C for 24-36 hours. Then they areÂ inoculated with cultured yeasts and fermented at a maximumÂ temperature of 25-26Â°C for about 8 days, after which they areÂ pressed. The resulting wine is transferred back into stainless-steelÂ tanks, where it is aged for approximately 3 months, before filteringÂ and bottling, where it is aged for approximately one more monthÂ before its release.
Sensory characteristics: Complex nose of red fruit. Fresh and wellÂ balanced, with good length and attractive drinkability.
